Connecting Zoho Commerce to Feedance gives you a single place to keep your product catalog, stock levels, and order data flowing to and from the tools you actually use for feed management, without manually exporting and reformatting files from your Zoho store. It removes the repetitive work of keeping listings, pricing, and stock counts aligned by hand.

Instead of relying on one-off exports or spreadsheet uploads, Feedance reads your Zoho Commerce catalog and inventory on an ongoing basis and reflects order activity back, so your product data stays consistent wherever it needs to be used downstream.

Feedance connects directly to your Zoho Commerce store using secure, token-based authentication. You authorize Feedance from your Feedance account, granting it permission to access your store's product, inventory, and order data without ever sharing your Zoho login credentials directly with Feedance.

Once authorized, Feedance communicates with your store over an encrypted connection and only requests the scopes of data it needs to do its job. You can review or revoke this access at any time from your Zoho account's connected applications settings.

Feedance works with exactly three data entities on any connected platform, including Zoho Commerce:

Feedance does not access customer records, coupons or gift cards, shipping or tax configuration, or any other store settings.

A few realities of how Zoho Commerce is built are worth knowing before you connect it:

• Regional data centers: Zoho operates separate regional data centers (for example, .com, .eu, .in, .com.cn, .jp, and others), and an account's data lives entirely within the data center it was created in. This affects which API endpoint region a connection needs to use.
• Tight coupling with Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books: Product and stock data in Zoho Commerce are commonly mirrored from, or synced into, Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books as item groups, so catalog structure can be influenced by how those connected apps are configured.
• Variant-level stock granularity: Inventory in Zoho Commerce is tracked per variant with distinct stock metrics (such as stock on hand and available stock), rather than a single flat quantity per product.
• Organization-scoped access: API access to a Zoho Commerce store is scoped to a specific organization within the Zoho account, so a business with multiple Zoho organizations needs to authorize the correct one.

1. Log in to your Feedance account and start adding a new platform connection.
2. Select Zoho Commerce from the list of supported platforms.
3. Sign in to your Zoho account when prompted and approve the requested access.
4. Confirm the correct Zoho organization and store if your account has more than one.
5. Wait for the initial sync to complete, then review your imported products, inventory, and orders inside Feedance.

Feedance keeps your Zoho Commerce data updated on a regular automated schedule so your product, inventory, and order information stays current without manual re-imports. You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from your Feedance dashboard if you need the latest changes reflected right away.

1. Keep product titles and descriptions complete and consistent in Zoho Commerce, since incomplete catalog data carries straight through to your feeds.
2. Use clear, distinct variant attributes (such as size or color) so variant-level inventory maps cleanly instead of creating ambiguous listings.
3. Regularly review stock accuracy in Zoho Inventory if it is connected, since Zoho Commerce inventory often depends on that sync being current.
4. Organize products into well-defined categories in Zoho Commerce to make feed mapping and filtering easier downstream.
5. Check your Feedance sync history periodically to catch and resolve any recurring connection or data issues early.
