If you sell on an xt:Commerce or Veyton-based store, Feedance lets you turn your existing catalog into ready-to-use product feeds for marketplaces, comparison shopping engines, and advertising channels without manually rebuilding your product data for each destination. Instead of exporting spreadsheets or maintaining separate integrations, you connect your store once and let Feedance keep downstream feeds aligned with what is actually in your shop.

This is particularly useful for merchants who update prices, stock levels, or product details frequently and want those changes reflected in their feeds without extra manual work.

Feedance connects directly to your xt:Commerce store using your shop's own credentials or API access. Once connected, Feedance reads your product catalog, stock levels, and order data on a schedule, so your feeds and reports stay up to date as your store changes.

Setup is designed to be straightforward: you provide the connection details for your store, Feedance verifies access, and your catalog becomes available for feed creation and channel management inside your Feedance account.

Because xt:Commerce has evolved through several generations (from its osCommerce-derived origins through the VEYTON line to today's xt:Commerce releases), stores can vary noticeably in structure depending on which version and template setup is in use. If your store is a heavily customized or self-hosted installation, some fields or category structures may differ from a default setup, so it's worth reviewing your mapped product data after the first sync to confirm everything lines up as expected.

1. Log in to your Feedance account and start a new platform connection.
2. Select xt:Commerce (or Veyton) from the list of available platforms.
3. Enter your store's connection details when prompted.
4. Confirm the connection and allow Feedance to complete its initial catalog import.
5. Review your imported products, inventory, and orders, then create or connect your feeds.

Feedance syncs your xt:Commerce store data on a regular automated schedule, so product, inventory, and order information stays current without manual re-imports. Exact sync frequency can depend on your plan and store size; you can also trigger a manual sync in your Feedance dashboard whenever you need the latest data right away.
