Because Shop-Script is self-hosted, it does not come with the built-in, one-click marketplace and ad-channel feed exports that many SaaS platforms offer out of the box. Merchants who want to list products on comparison shopping engines, marketplaces, or ad platforms typically have to build and maintain those feeds themselves. Feedance removes that manual work: it connects to your Shop-Script store, reads your product, inventory, and order data, and turns it into properly formatted feeds that stay in sync with what is actually in your store — so you spend less time exporting spreadsheets and fixing stale listings by hand.

Feedance connects directly to your WebAsyst Shop-Script store using the credentials you provide from your store's own admin panel. Once the connection is authorized, Feedance securely retrieves product, inventory, and order data on a recurring schedule and keeps your feeds aligned with your store as changes happen. No manual file exports or spreadsheet uploads are required after the initial setup — Feedance handles the ongoing data retrieval for you.

Feedance limits itself to the data needed to build and maintain accurate product feeds. It works with exactly three data entities from your WebAsyst Shop-Script store:

Because WebAsyst Shop-Script is self-hosted, the connection depends on your own server rather than a vendor's cloud infrastructure. That means your server needs to be online and reachable, your Shop-Script installation needs to be kept up to date, and any firewall or security plugin on your server should be configured to allow API access. Shop-Script's platform-level API is exposed through the application itself, so make sure API access is enabled for the store user or key you connect with Feedance. If you run other Webasyst apps (such as CRM) alongside Shop-Script, only the Shop-Script (store) data is relevant to Feedance's product, inventory, and order sync.

1. Log in to your Feedance account and choose to add a new store connection.
2. Select WebAsyst Shop-Script from the list of supported platforms.
3. In your WebAsyst Shop-Script admin panel, generate the API access details Feedance requests (such as a store URL and access key), following your store's API/access settings.
4. Enter those details into Feedance to authorize the connection.
5. Confirm the connection and let Feedance perform its first sync of your products, inventory, and orders.

Feedance syncs your WebAsyst Shop-Script data on a recurring schedule so that product, inventory, and order information stays current without manual re-exports. Exact sync frequency can depend on your plan and store size; if you need a sync to reflect a change immediately, you can typically trigger a manual sync from your Feedance dashboard as well.

• Keep SKUs unique and consistent across all products and variants so channels can match listings correctly.
• Fill in complete, descriptive product titles and descriptions in Shop-Script rather than relying on defaults, since thin content weakens feed listings.
• Assign every product to a clear category and add high-quality images, since both feed into how well listings perform on ad and shopping channels.
• Keep stock levels accurate in Shop-Script so Feedance can correctly flag or exclude out-of-stock items in your feeds.
• Review product variants (size, color, etc.) for completeness so each variant syncs as a distinct, properly described feed entry.
