Connecting your Salla store to Feedance lets you turn your live product catalog into accurate, optimized feeds for shopping channels, marketplaces, and ad platforms without maintaining spreadsheets or manual exports.

• Regional reach: since Salla is widely used by MENA merchants, connecting it to Feedance helps those stores reach international and regional shopping channels more easily.

Feedance connects directly to your Salla store using Salla's official authorization flow. You authorize Feedance to access your store's data with scoped, revocable permissions — you never need to share your Salla login credentials.

Once authorized, Feedance reads your store data on a regular basis (and via update notifications where available) to keep your product, inventory, and order information current, then uses that data to generate and maintain your feeds.

• Secure authorization: access is granted through Salla's standard authorization screen, not by sharing passwords.
• Scoped access: Feedance only requests the permissions it needs to read the data described below.
• Revocable at any time: you can disconnect Feedance from your Salla admin panel whenever you like.

Feedance works with exactly three data entities from any connected platform, including Salla:

Feedance does not access or process customer records, coupons, gift cards, shipping or tax settings, or subscriber lists on Salla.

• Access tokens are short-lived: Salla issues OAuth access tokens that are valid for 14 days, refreshable for up to a month via refresh tokens. This is handled automatically by Feedance, but it explains why a store owner occasionally needs to re-authorize a connection if it has been inactive for a long time.
• Rate limits scale with your Salla plan: Salla's API enforces per-minute request limits that vary depending on the merchant's Salla subscription tier, with a small overflow allowance rather than a hard cutoff. Feedance paces its requests to respect these limits.
• Arabic-first, bilingual catalogs: because Salla serves MENA merchants first, many stores maintain product names and descriptions in both Arabic and English. Feed rules should account for which language fields you want to send to each channel.
• Bulk endpoints are the modern path: Salla has been moving merchants from older, single-item quantity update endpoints toward bulk update endpoints, so inventory syncing methods can evolve over time as Salla's API matures.

1. Log in to your Feedance account and choose to add a new platform connection.
2. Select Salla from the list of supported platforms.
3. You will be redirected to Salla's authorization screen — log in to your Salla admin account if prompted.
4. Review the requested permissions and approve the connection to grant Feedance access to your store.
5. You'll be returned to Feedance, where your Salla store will begin its first data sync automatically.

Once connected, Feedance regularly checks your Salla store for changes to products, inventory, and orders so your feeds stay up to date. Exact sync frequency can vary based on your plan and store size, and you can trigger a manual sync from your Feedance dashboard at any time if you need the latest data immediately.

1. Keep product titles and descriptions complete and consistent in Salla, since incomplete source data leads to weaker listings on shopping channels.
2. Use clear, well-organized categories and consistent variant structures in Salla so Feedance can map attributes correctly.
3. Add high-quality product images in Salla — these carry through directly to your generated feeds.
4. Keep inventory counts accurate in Salla, including at the variant level, to avoid selling out-of-stock items on connected channels.
5. Review your Feedance feed rules periodically as your Salla catalog grows or changes to make sure filters and mappings still match your current product mix.
