JooCart does not ship with built-in tools for distributing your catalog to marketplaces, comparison shopping engines, or advertising channels. Connecting your JooCart store to Feedance lets you turn your existing product data into properly formatted feeds without manually exporting and reformatting spreadsheets every time something changes. Once connected, Feedance can help you:

• Keep product listings and pricing consistent across every channel you sell on.
• Reduce the risk of overselling by keeping inventory counts up to date.
• Centralize order visibility alongside your product and stock data.
• Cut down on the manual, repetitive work of preparing exports from your Joomla admin panel.

Feedance connects directly to your JooCart store using the store access details you provide, such as your store URL and the relevant admin or API credentials for your installation. Once the connection is established, Feedance securely reads your store data on a schedule and keeps it synced so your feeds and inventory records reflect what's actually in your JooCart store. No manual file exports or spreadsheet uploads are required after the initial setup.

Because JooCart stores product and order data in an OpenCart-compatible database structure, the underlying data model will feel familiar if you've worked with OpenCart before, even though the storefront runs inside Joomla. JooCart has also been released in multiple major versions with different server requirements (for example, JooCart 3.x targets PHP 7.3+, while JooCart 4.x requires PHP 8.1+), so the exact fields and configuration available can vary depending on which JooCart version and Joomla version your store runs. JooCart is a niche, long-running extension rather than a mainstream SaaS platform, so documentation and community resources are more limited than for larger platforms — if you're unsure which version or configuration your store uses, check with whoever manages your Joomla installation before connecting.

1. Log in to your Feedance account and start adding a new store connection.
2. Select JooCart as your platform.
3. Enter your JooCart store URL and the access credentials Feedance requests to connect to your store.
4. Confirm the connection and let Feedance perform its initial data read of your products, inventory, and orders.
5. Review the imported data in Feedance, then configure and publish your feeds.

Once connected, Feedance syncs your JooCart products, inventory, and orders on a regular automated schedule, so your feeds stay reasonably current without manual intervention. Exact sync timing can vary based on your plan and store size, and you can also trigger a manual sync in Feedance if you need your latest changes reflected sooner.

• Keep product titles and descriptions complete and consistent in JooCart before syncing, since clean source data produces cleaner feeds.
• Make sure product categories are assigned correctly in JooCart, so Feedance can map them accurately to channel-specific category requirements.
• Keep inventory counts current in JooCart to avoid promoting out-of-stock items on connected sales channels.
• Use clear, unique product identifiers (such as SKUs) in JooCart to help Feedance match products reliably across syncs.
• Review your synced feed data in Feedance periodically after making bulk changes in JooCart, to catch any formatting issues early.
