Turn your CubeCart catalog into feeds that know what sells.

CubeCart is a British ecommerce shopping cart application built on PHP and MySQL, originally launched in 2003. It is designed to be installed on a merchant's own web server (self-hosted), though managed hosting packages are also offered, and the full source code is provided free of charge for store owners to run and customize.

The platform covers the core needs of running an online store, including a product catalogue with options and variants, stock and order management, multi-currency support, and a marketplace of official and third-party extensions for payment gateways, shipping, and other add-ons. The current major release line is CubeCart 6.x.

• Connect once, no manual exports
• Catalog changes reach your feeds on every sync
• Product Score, 4T, Price War and Broken Size labels on every product
• One source, a tailored feed for each of 200+ channels

Because CubeCart is self-hosted, store owners are responsible for how product data leaves the store and reaches shopping channels, marketplaces, and ad platforms. Connecting CubeCart to Feedance gives you a single place to pull your product catalogue, stock levels, and order data out of your store and turn them into optimized, up-to-date feeds without manually exporting files or writing custom scripts.

This is especially useful for CubeCart merchants who want to list products on comparison shopping engines or marketplaces but do not want to maintain a bespoke integration against their store's database or API themselves.

Feedance reads three groups of CubeCart data. Each one has a job in the feed.

Feedance connects directly to your CubeCart store using the credentials and access details you provide during setup. Once connected, Feedance reads your store's product, inventory, and order data on a schedule and keeps it available for feed generation and channel exports, without requiring you to maintain any manual export or import process.

All data is retrieved securely, and the connection can be reviewed, refreshed, or removed at any time from your Feedance account.

1. 01
Sign in to your Feedance account and start adding a new store connection.
2. 02
Select CubeCart as the platform you want to connect.
3. 03
Enter your CubeCart store's URL and the access credentials Feedance requests.
4. 04
Authorize the connection and let Feedance perform its initial data read of your products, inventory, and orders.
5. 05
Review the imported catalogue in Feedance and begin building or exporting your feeds.

Once connected, Feedance refreshes your CubeCart product, inventory, and order data on a regular automated schedule, so your feeds reflect recent price, stock, and catalogue changes without manual re-importing. You can also trigger a manual refresh in Feedance when you need the latest data immediately, such as right after a bulk price update or restock in your store.

• Feed Protection can stop an update when something looks wrong

Once CubeCart is connected, every channel gets its own feed from the same source, with Feedance labels in custom label fields.

• Write complete, keyword-relevant product titles and descriptions in CubeCart, since these carry through directly into your feeds.
• Keep stock levels and low-stock thresholds accurate in CubeCart so Feedance can reflect true availability and avoid promoting out-of-stock items.
• Use clear, consistent category assignments in CubeCart to make it easier to map products to the right categories on each sales channel.
• Add high-quality product images for every product and, where relevant, every option combination.
• Regularly review products with option matrices to ensure SKUs and prices are set for every variant, not just the base product.
