Connecting your CommerceHQ store to Feedance gives you a central place to manage, clean up, and distribute your product data without manually exporting and re-uploading spreadsheets every time something changes. Instead of logging into CommerceHQ to check stock levels or fix a product listing, you can work from Feedance and have those changes reflected back where they need to be.

Feedance connects directly to your CommerceHQ store using the credentials you provide during setup. Once the connection is authorized, Feedance can read your store's product, inventory, and order data and keep it synchronized on an ongoing basis, without you needing to manually export files or install anything on your store beyond granting access.

You stay in control of the connection at all times: access can be reviewed or revoked from your Feedance account whenever you choose, and no changes are made to your store until you configure what Feedance should sync.

Feedance works with three core data entities from your CommerceHQ store. It does not access or modify any other data in your account.

CommerceHQ is a smaller, hosted SaaS platform compared to giants like Shopify or WooCommerce, and it is used most heavily by dropshippers and small-to-midsize online retailers rather than large enterprise catalogs. Because it is a closed, hosted system, all product, inventory, and order data lives inside CommerceHQ's own infrastructure rather than on servers you control, which is generally true of any hosted cart platform. If your store relies heavily on CommerceHQ-specific apps or custom storefront customizations, it's worth confirming that your product data is structured consistently in the admin before connecting, since inconsistent fields are the most common source of feed issues on any platform, not just CommerceHQ.

1. Log in to your Feedance account and select the option to add a new store or platform connection.
2. Choose CommerceHQ from the list of supported platforms.
3. Enter your CommerceHQ store details and the credentials or access keys Feedance requests to establish the connection.
4. Authorize the connection and let Feedance perform its initial sync of your product, inventory, and order data.
5. Review the imported data in Feedance and configure your feeds, mappings, or sync preferences as needed.

Once connected, Feedance keeps your CommerceHQ product, inventory, and order data synchronized on a regular, automated schedule so your feeds reflect recent changes without manual re-exporting. Sync frequency can vary depending on your plan and settings, and you can also trigger a manual sync at any time if you need the latest data immediately.

• Keep product titles and descriptions complete and consistent in CommerceHQ before syncing, since clean source data produces cleaner feeds.
• Fill in all relevant product fields (price, images, variants) so nothing is left blank when distributed through your feeds.
• Review stock levels regularly to make sure inventory syncs are catching real-time changes, especially during high-sales periods.
• Use Feedance's mapping and editing tools to standardize product data before pushing it to other channels, rather than fixing issues after the fact.
• Periodically audit your synced data against your CommerceHQ store to catch any drift early.
