FAVI (favionline.com, with local storefronts such as favi.pl, favi.cz and favi.co.uk) is a European price-comparison and product search engine dedicated to furniture, home decor, kitchens, bathrooms, sanitary ware and garden products. Founded in Prague in 2016, it now aggregates listings from thousands of home-and-garden retailers across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Hungary and the UK, letting shoppers compare products, prices and delivery times before clicking through to buy.
FAVI does not process orders or hold inventory itself. Every shopper who clicks a listing is redirected to the retailer's own website to view the product page and complete the purchase there — FAVI's role is discovery and traffic, not checkout.
For furniture, decor and garden retailers, FAVI is a vertical-specific alternative (or complement) to general comparison shopping engines: it puts your catalog in front of shoppers who are already searching specifically for home and garden products across several Central and Eastern European markets plus the UK. Because FAVI pulls from an XML feed rather than requiring a manual catalog, keeping that feed accurate and current is what determines whether your products are visible, correctly priced and eligible to show as in stock.
FAVI runs on a cost-per-click (CPC) model rather than a flat listing fee or a commission on completed sales: according to FAVI's own help center, retailers are billed only when a shopper clicks a FAVI listing and is redirected to the shop's website — similar to how other comparison-shopping engines charge. FAVI references a "minimum CPC" that can adjust automatically by category, and merchants can contact their FAVI account manager to review or change bid levels. This means feed accuracy has a direct cost implication: every click you pay for should land on a page that actually reflects the price and availability shown on FAVI.
FAVI does not define its own proprietary feed schema. Instead, it accepts an XML feed built to one of several already-established comparison-shopping specifications — Heureka/Zbozi.cz, Google Shopping (Merchant Center) XML, Compari.ro/Árukerező.hu/Pazaruvaj.com, Ceneo.pl, Skroutz, or Jeftinije/Ceneje — and you tell FAVI which specification your feed follows. A single feed must consistently use only one of these formats; mixing elements from different specifications in the same file is not supported.
Per FAVI's technical requirements, the feed file must be hosted at an HTTPS URL, must be downloadable from multiple IP addresses without access errors, and all text content must be translated into the language of the country you're targeting.
FAVI's help center distinguishes mandatory elements (a product will not be imported or displayed without these) from recommended elements that improve visibility and filtering:
According to FAVI's help documentation, the FAVI system reloads merchant XML feeds three times per day by default. Retailers who need faster updates (for fast-moving price or stock changes) can contact their FAVI account manager to request a more frequent pull. Because FAVI bills per click, keeping price and availability synced ahead of each reload cycle matters — a shopper who clicks through to an out-of-date price or an out-of-stock item is a paid click that's unlikely to convert. Feedance can regenerate your feed continuously so the freshest data is always ready whenever FAVI's crawler polls it.
Based on FAVI's own troubleshooting guidance, the recurring causes of missing or rejected products are:
FAVI also advises against making unnecessary changes to product data that isn't actually changing, since excessive feed churn on stable fields can trigger unneeded reprocessing.
These are general best practices, not FAVI-specific guarantees:
Does FAVI require its own custom feed format? No. FAVI accepts feeds already built to established comparison-shopping specifications — Heureka/Zbozi, Google Shopping, Compari/Árukerező/Pazaruvaj, Ceneo, Skroutz, or Jeftinije/Ceneje — as long as the whole feed consistently follows one of them.
How often does FAVI pull my feed?By default, three times per day; more frequent updates can be requested through your FAVI account manager.
Does FAVI charge a commission on sales? No. FAVI uses a cost-per-click (CPC) model — you pay for clicks that send shoppers to your site, not a percentage of completed sales.
Which countries does FAVI cover?Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Hungary, and the UK (via favi.co.uk).
Why isn't my product showing on FAVI even though it's in my feed? The most common causes documented by FAVI are a missing or too-generic category, duplicate product IDs, URLs containing spaces or diacritics, undersized or watermarked images, or non-HTTPS links.
